This policy explains how Becato LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Lumior Art”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit lumiorart.com or buy from us.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, billing country and order details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
• Messages: what you send us by email, the custom form or the chat assistant.
• Account and reviews: if you create an account or leave a review, your name, email, review text and photos.
• Usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, device type and approximate country. Our own analytics do not set cookies; we create an anonymous identifier that changes every day.
• Advertising cookies: only if you allow them (see Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

• To deliver your files and prints, provide support and keep records (contract and legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
• To understand what customers like and improve the shop (legitimate interest).
• To send offers and new designs, only if you opted in (consent; unsubscribe any time).
• To measure and personalize ads, only with your consent where required.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the shop for us: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), our print partner (print orders), Anthropic (the chat assistant processes your chat messages), and, with consent, Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Microsoft for analytics and advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. California residents may opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context advertising: use Cookie settings in the footer and choose Reject, or email us. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority.

International transfers and retention

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require; marketing data until you unsubscribe.

Children

The shop is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
