Invite Friends Program Terms

These terms apply to the Lumior Art invite program, run by Becato LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Lumior Art”, “we”, “us”). The current reward and friend discount are shown on the Invite friends page and in your account.

How it works

Anyone with a Lumior Art account gets a personal invite link. A friend who opens it gets a one-time discount code for their first order. When that friend places their first paid order, you earn the share of that order shown on the Invite friends page (after discounts, excluding tax and shipping).

What counts

Only a friend's first order counts, and only if their email has never ordered from us before. Your own orders, orders paid with your own email or payment details, and orders from accounts you control do not count. Links may not be posted on coupon or deal sites, used in paid ads that bid on our brand, or sent as spam.

Confirmation and payout

Earnings are confirmed after the waiting period shown in your account. If that order is refunded or disputed, the earning is cancelled. Confirmed earnings can be paid to your PayPal account from the minimum shown in your account, usually within 5 business days, or turned into store credit with the bonus shown. Store credit is a single-use code for digital downloads, valid for 12 months; any amount an order does not use comes back as a new code in your account. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Changes and abuse

We may change the reward, the discount or these terms, or end the program, at any time; earnings confirmed before a change are paid under the terms in place when they were earned. We may cancel earnings and close access to the program in case of fraud or abuse of these terms.
