Payment Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026

Payments on lumiorart.com are processed by Stripe and, where shown, PayPal. The seller and merchant of record is Becato LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Lumior Art”, “we”, “us”).

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and others shown at checkout
• Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices and browsers
• Link by Stripe and other methods when offered at checkout for your country
• PayPal, where shown at checkout

The methods you see depend on your device, country and order amount.

Currency and taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken in full when you place the order. For custom work you pay after approving the watermarked preview; large projects may require a 50% deposit before work starts.

Security

Card numbers are entered directly on Stripe’s or PayPal’s secure pages and never pass through or are stored on our servers. Fraud checks such as 3D Secure may apply.

Receipts

A payment receipt is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Your download PDF is sent separately right after payment.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is charged.

Refunds and disputes

Digital downloads are final sale; see our Satisfaction Guarantee for replacements and fixes. If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can fix it quickly. If a chargeback is filed for a delivered digital order, we may share order and delivery records with the payment provider.

Sanctions

We cannot accept orders from countries or persons subject to US sanctions.
