Terms of Sale and Use
Effective date: October 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of lumiorart.com and every purchase you make from us. The seller is Becato LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Lumior Art”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Section 12 contains an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver that affect your rights. You can opt out as described there.
1. What we sell
We sell digital artwork files (“Digital Products”) and printed artwork (“Prints”, through Print & Ship). Digital Products are delivered by email with download links. No physical item is shipped for a Digital Product. Prints are made to order and shipped as described in our Shipping policy.
2. Illustrations and colors
Room photos, frames and mockups are illustrations showing how a design may look. Frames and furniture are not included. Your result depends on your screen, printer, paper and framing; colors and proportions may vary.
3. Prices, sales and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change before you order. A crossed-out price shows the price the item was offered at before the current sale. Sales and codes have the end dates and conditions shown with them and cannot be combined unless stated. If an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. Sales tax is added where required.
4. Delivery
Digital Products are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes. Personalized designs are delivered within the time shown on the product page. If nothing arrives within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact us at [email protected].
5. License and intellectual property
Every purchase grants a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license described in our License. All designs, images and text on this site are owned by Lumior Art and protected by copyright. Reselling, sharing, redistributing or using the files commercially is not allowed.
6. No refunds; satisfaction guarantee
Because Digital Products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of Digital Products are final and not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Instead, we offer replacements and fixes under our Satisfaction Guarantee. If a file is defective or never arrives and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
7. Custom work
For custom designs we share watermarked previews first. Final files are released after approval and full payment. Large projects may require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable once work has started. Custom work is licensed for personal use unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You confirm you have the right to any names, photos or content you send us.
8. Reviews and content you share
Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We never offer anything in exchange for a positive review, and we do not remove or suppress reviews because they are negative. If we ever offer an incentive for a review, it will be offered for any honest review and the review will be labeled. By submitting a review, photo or message you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing, and you confirm you own the photo. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fake or unrelated.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, overload it with automated traffic, or scrape files from it. The chat assistant on the site is automated software; its answers are for general help and do not change these terms, prices or policies.
10. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms and our Satisfaction Guarantee, the site and products are provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver
Talk to us first. Most problems are solved fastest by email. Before starting any claim, send a short description to [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve it.
Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute relating to the site or a purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. Arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in the county where you live. We will pay the filing, administration and arbitrator fees beyond what you would pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court to stop infringement of intellectual property.
Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court and not in arbitration.
Opt out. You may opt out of this Section 12 within 30 days after you first accept these terms by emailing [email protected] with your name, email and the words “arbitration opt-out”.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding allowed under these terms will be held in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer protection laws where you live still apply.
14. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] (or by mail to Becato LLC, 5142 Monaco Dr, Apt D, Pleasanton, CA 94566, USA) including: your signature; the work you claim is infringed; the URL of the material; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.
15. Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to buy.
16. Other terms
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the policies linked here, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Becato LLC · Mailing address: 5142 Monaco Dr, Apt D, Pleasanton, CA 94566, USA · Email: [email protected]
